How do you format a Microsoft Word file to support multiple printing formats? For example, I have created a booklet (landscape bookfold) that prints perfectly on double sided paper. I also want to print to PDF with pages in numeric order.

It depends. I would suggest look at a PDF for a single page file and try to convert this. If the data is encapsulated postscript, you may have the base text data encoded document. In that case, you might be able to massage the data, but this can be tedious work.. If the data in the document is just rasterized pages, you will only be able to get bigger pages (with blocker output). Have you tried printing on a large format printer? In any case you need some low level knowledge of postscript and PDF documents. Or you could just buy the document in question from the owner of the copyright, or scan a physical copy. in any case, probably a lot of work..

Add Page Numbers to PDF: All You Need to Know

What about the file containing the game? If it contains data in a standard file format like PDF, that probably can be used. I have seen a few examples of the text inside a PDF file being converted to postscript and that may help. I also have a theory that you could try to extract a bitmap of the page that has a little of a problem with it, and use that for your game. I would be very interested in this approach, please post your ideas and thoughts. Here is a question. I was able to get a very good copy of the text from a PDF game from someone else, but I couldn't get the code to work, and I couldn't find any information on what the code was doing except that it seemed to be for making a little map. So I was very curious.
