I love to read books—paper or e-book. However, my preference is paper. I love the feel of it, and there is something about turning the pages. I also find that I will read for longer periods of time with paper books. E-books, on the other hand, causes fatigue and eye strain for me. So, I end up reading them in planned sessions. Sometimes I take too long to return to reading them. So, to answer your question, the type of book to read is better according to your own personal preference.
