What would Prophet Muhammad think of ISIS?

Muhammad would probably be happy at the rapid growth of Muslims around the world but also be disappointed that an Islamic caliphate has not yet been established. He might not support the current agenda of ISIS but sympathize with its ideals to create a worldwide Islamic empire. He would also be surprised by the vast number of non-Arab Muslims today whereas the early Muslims were Arab. He would also be angry at Muslims for not taking over the lands of the “infidels” and allowing them to exist in peace. He would most likely be disappointed at the fact that many Muslims are not striving to spread Islam like the early Muslims and have their own daily matters to deal with. He would be outraged at the existence of the State of Israel. Muslims believe the Levant region is holy land and belongs only to Muslims. Israel is a constant reminder of the failure of Muslims to take over the “holy land”. Overall, Muhammad would have a mixture of reactions at the current state of Islam, Muslims and the world.
